HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete and submit the information requested on https://buffalobills.jebbit.com/avlauvox?L=Email and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your best guesses in response to a series of questions about the upcoming Buffalo Bills 2022-2023 NFL schedule, which entry process must be completed during the "Sweepstakes Period" stated in Paragraph 2 above. For each question that the entrant guesses correctly, the entrant will gain one entry (each, an “Entry”, collectively, “Entries”) in the drawing for the Prize. An entrant may gain up to six (6) Entries (one (1) Entry for each of the six (6) questions answered with the correct guess), and may only participate in the Sweepstakes once during the Sweepstakes Period. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in your name. All entrants must complete the entry process no later than the end of the Sweepstakes Period identified inParagraph 2 above. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber to the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Winner will be notified by email and must reply to the notification within three (3) days, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If the reply is received within the deadline, the winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability upon notification. In the event of noncompliance, if a winner cannot be reached at the email on that winner's entry, or if a prize is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration in a location selected solely by Sponsor.
